FOR USE ON WIRES CABLES AND PIPES
We invented the Split sleeve marker, specializing in non-repetitive marker. We prepare markers directly from circuit plans, file drawing or your hand written list, with capabilities of meeting diameters from .045 to 6.0. Markers are designed in accordance with customer requirement using laser quality printing and programs developed in house to meet the need of any tagging criteria. Also available, a phone line access to our computer, with the ability to receive files directly to our computer disks.
Split sleeves are made of vinylite plastic with a clear laminated overlay to protect the printed matter. They offer high resistance to abrasion, water, oil gasoline, alcohol and most acids, and are vermin and fungus proof.
Permatag split sleeves may be applied to the wires or cables either before or after lugs have been fastened or connections made.
Custom made for your wire, and with any required nomenclature, they snap on and grip tightly. They will not ride loosely.
It is recommended that when split sleeves are to be subjected to sever abrasion or temperatures above 65°C they be welded into a solid sleeve by moistening the seam of the marker with type IB permatag sealer. This welding of the split in the sleeve permits their use in temperature areas up to 105°C. (Permatag split sleeve type IB sealer is available in half pints and quart containers.)
They are available in a variety of different colors.

Marker Length: According to the number of text, we cut 1/8” each of end. Custom size is available. Please specify when order.
