#4 Satin Finish Alloy 260 Brass, 19 Gauge
Basic copper-zinc alloy are easy to manufacture, maintain fair electrical characteristics, and provide good strength. Alloy 260 (Cartridge Brass) – no need to hot work this alloy – it’s the most ductile brass and gives superior result when cold worked. Color is full-brass yellow. Melting point is 1750°F. Yield strength is 52000 psi. Rockwell hardness is 60-77B.
